Cancellation and Refund Policy
- 1) After the applicant completes the payment process, this website will begin the visa application service process. Except in cases of visa rejection, the application fee paid by the applicant will not be refunded.
- 2) The visa application fee paid by the applicant through credit card, debit card, or prepaid card cannot be recovered through the bank's refund procedure. The payment process cannot be reversed. Under no circumstances can the applicant request a refund of the visa application fee already paid.
- 3) The applicant acknowledges that the virtual payment system used by this website for collecting online card payments is only used as an intermediary to collect the applicant's visa application fee. The institution providing visa application services to the applicant is only this website.
- 4) If the applicant initiates any refund request, detailed information about all services provided by this website, approved visas, service receipts, applicant credentials, IP addresses, location information, and other miscellaneous information will be used by this website to file a criminal complaint with the competent authorities.
Terms and Conditions
- 1) The final decision-making authority regarding visa applications submitted by applicants belongs solely to the Republic of Indonesia Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The visa issuance process follows rules established or to be established by the Republic of Indonesia Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
- 2) The applicant is responsible for accurately and completely filling out all required sections of the visa application form. All responsibilities for visa issues arising from incomplete or incorrect information entry belong to the applicant.
- 3) Issued visas cannot be modified in any way.
- 4) Issued visas are for the applicant personally only. They cannot be transferred to others, nor can transfer be requested.
- 5) If the information provided by the applicant in the application form is incorrect; the issued visa will not be refunded or modified. In this case, a new visa application must be submitted.
- 6) To evaluate the visa application, the applicant must pay the application fee. If the application fee is not paid, no action will be taken.
- 7) This website reserves the right to not accept visa applications submitted by applicants without providing any reason. In this case; this website has the right to cancel the visa application submitted by the applicant and refund the visa application fee to the applicant in the same manner. This website assumes no responsibility for any delays or losses in this case.
- 8) If the visa holder has already entered Indonesia, they must leave Indonesia before the visa stay period expires. The applicant has acknowledged this situation and accepted responsibility for any sanctions that may result from visa violations.
- 9) This website is only responsible for forwarding visa applications to the relevant authorities based on the information provided by the applicant in the visa application form. - 10) A visa arranged for the applicant by the relevant authorities does not guarantee that the applicant can enter Indonesia. Like other visas, officers at Indonesian entry ports have the right to deny entry to e-Visa holders to Indonesia without any explanation.
- 11) Although the applicant's visa application has been approved and this visa has been sent to the applicant, this website assumes no responsibility if the visa holder is unable to enter Indonesia.
- 12) Due to technical problems that may occur in the system, even if the visa has been approved by the Republic of Indonesia e-Visa Application System, the visa PDF file may not be downloadable from the electronic system. Therefore; the approved visa may not be sent to the applicant until the technical defects in the system are resolved. This website assumes no responsibility for any delays caused by such cases.
- 13) All visa procedures are based on the laws and government regulations of the Republic of Indonesia. This website assumes no responsibility if visa procedures become invalid due to any changes in these laws or government practices.
- 14) The approved visa PDF file will be sent to the email address entered by the applicant in the "Email" field of the visa application form. This website assumes no responsibility for the following reasons:
- The applicant provided an incorrect email address,
- The email sent by this website was blocked by spam filters,
The applicant is obligated to check their email promptly to track application information and download the approved visa.
- 15) Passport control officers at border ports can check e-Visa information from their own systems. However, if the system goes down, the applicant needs to keep their e-Visa in printed or digital form (tablet, smartphone, etc.).
- 16) The passport used for the visa application must have a validity period of at least 6 months from the date of entry into Indonesia. Otherwise, authorized officers may prevent the visa holder from arriving in Indonesia. This website assumes no responsibility in this case.
- 17) Citizens of some countries may need to meet additional conditions. These conditions are stated in the visa application form. Visa applications cannot be submitted unless applicants from these countries accept these conditions. If the applicant cannot meet these conditions, the issued visa is invalid.
